I've spent my adult life learning creative healing modalities for mind, body, and spirit, and there is nothing more fulfilling than sharing my years of exploration in a way that helps others reach their own goals.

My intention is to share some of the experiences and tools that can inspire and support others to move forward with their own transformative journey through one-on-one and small group sessions, workshops, and retreats in mindfulness practices like meditation, breath, body and energy work.
